Mr. Guehl is a partner of the firm. He has over thirty years experience in accounting and in all tax areas.

Prior to joining the firm in 1988, Mr. Guehl was a tax manager with two local accounting firms, for a combined eight years. His prior employment also includes three years with the IRS as a revenue agent, over five years with the tax department of a national CPA firm, and three years as the assistant controller and tax manager of a publicly held corporation.

Mr. Guehl has extensive experience in business operations, accounting, and tax matters for businesses in the fields of medical services, real estate, retail, construction, manufacturing, trucking, restaurants, and franchiser/franchisee business arrangements.

Mr. Guehl is in charge of tax compliance, research, and planning matters for clients and provides technical support for all of the firm's clients. He is experienced in ERISA, DOL, federal, state, and local income, franchise tax, property tax, sales/use tax, and payroll tax compliance areas.

He is a graduate of Chaminade High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Dayton. He is a CPA and a member of the Ohio Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
