Mr. Roth is managing partner of the firm. He is directly responsible for the technical side of our accounting and auditing practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Roth was a partner with a national CPA firm. As an audit partner with that firm, he was responsible for the quality control of its Dayton, Ohio office. He has over thirty years of experience in public accounting.

He is extremely experienced in serving closely held and/or family owned businesses, in a variety of industries. These types of entities require special planning and advisory services because of the wide variance of goals of the owners. 

Mr. Roth is a graduate of Chaminade High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.

He is a CPA and member of the Ohio Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been involved in various charitable and community organizations both as an officer and board member.
